At check-in, we collect a refundable deposit of 500 PLN.
The fee for one pet is 100 PLN for the entire stay. Pets are not allowed in the De Lux Wood cottage.
Homemade lunches: a two-course lunch at 55 PLN, served Monday to Friday only (working days, excluding public holidays). There are no regular lunches on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays – on those days you can order a lunch from Ms Ala, but the menu is smaller. On regular days you can choose from one soup and five main courses, served with a side salad.
You can also order regional products.
Please note: some mobile networks may have limited or no coverage in the area.
Payment on site is possible only in cash.
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please inform us when paying the deposit to our account or at the time of booking. After this point, issuing a VAT invoice is not possible.

Check-in and check-out times can be set individually depending on occupancy.
At the end of your stay, the cost of electricity used is added according to the meter.
The hot tub is wood-fired and the sauna is electric. You light the hot tub and the fireplace yourself – we are happy to show you how, and can prepare small kindling wood if needed.

This villa offers a high standard of relaxation in our resort – finished with great attention to detail. It is designed for 7 people (up to 9 with two extra beds) and spans two levels with a total area of 78 m².
The ground floor has a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a fold-out dining table seating up to 8, a bedroom with a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and access to a large wooden terrace overlooking the pond and forest.
The mezzanine is the sleeping area: a large, comfortable double bed and two single beds that can be joined together. Two comfortable extra beds can also be added.
The villa is heated by a fireplace, with electric heating or air conditioning with a heating function as alternatives. Next to the villa is a cosy SPA area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub, and there is also a grill. The whole villa is air-conditioned.
A perfect place for a family getaway or a holiday with friends. At the end of your stay, we charge for electricity according to the meter reading.
