At check-in, we collect a refundable deposit of 500 PLN.
The fee for one pet is 100 PLN for the entire stay. Pets are not allowed in the De Lux Wood cottage.
Homemade lunches: a two-course lunch at 55 PLN, served Monday to Friday only (working days, excluding public holidays). There are no regular lunches on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays – on those days you can order a lunch from Ms Ala, but the menu is smaller. On regular days you can choose from one soup and five main courses, served with a side salad.
You can also order regional products.
Please note: some mobile networks may have limited or no coverage in the area.
Payment on site is possible only in cash.
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please inform us when paying the deposit to our account or at the time of booking. After this point, issuing a VAT invoice is not possible.

Check-in and check-out times can be set individually depending on occupancy.
At the end of your stay, the cost of electricity used is added according to the meter.
The hot tub is wood-fired and the sauna is electric. You light the hot tub and the fireplace yourself – we are happy to show you how, and can prepare small kindling wood if needed.

Luxury cottage with full air conditioning, fireplace, private sauna and hot tub – perfect for 6 people
This exceptional cottage is our most carefully finished interior: a different staircase and railings, a stylish dining table with matching chairs, a soft fabric sofa, and a net on the mezzanine where you can lie back and float above the living room. A high standard of relaxation, attention to every detail and full air conditioning ensure comfort all year round. Designed for 6 people (up to 8 with two extra beds), it spans two levels with a total area of 65 m².
Ground floor:
- Living room with kitchenette: Equipped with air conditioning, a fold-out dining table, spacious wardrobe, and a sofa bed. The perfect place to relax by the fireplace.
- Bathroom: Modern “walk-in” shower for maximum convenience.
- Terrace: Large wooden terrace overlooking the pond and forest, equipped with a grill.
Mezzanine:
- Two sleeping areas: One with a comfortable, wide double bed, the other with two single beds that can easily be joined together.
Additional amenities:
- Private hot tub and Sauna
- Pets are not allowed in the De Lux Wood cottage – which makes it the best choice for guests with pet allergies. The luxurious fabric upholstery is another reason.
- Wood-fired hot tub, electric sauna. You light the hot tub and the fireplace yourself – we are happy to show you how, and can prepare small kindling wood if needed.
